As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or complications during procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with a specialization in Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (CV-IR).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred, but not required.
