Medical Screener

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Screener to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their eligibility for plasma donation
- Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service to our donors and patients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful
We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match. We also offer paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
