RN Med Surg Tele FT Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg Tele team at Saint Francis Hospital Memphis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to assigned patients
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Certification: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
