Cognitive Behavioral Coach

We are seeking a dynamic Sensory Motor/Cognitive Coach to guide and assist children through our program. Many of our clients have an Autism diagnosis and/or exhibit aggressive behaviors. This position requires a motivated and passionate individual who will lead children through various activities that stimulate the brain and create profound change in their functional levels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide children through Brain Balance program activities.
• Implement behavior management techniques to support positive interactions.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with Autism/ASD.
• Knowledge of sensory integration and motor development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
