Position Overview:

As a Registered Dietician, you will:
  • Design and implement tailored nutritional care plans for adult and elderly patients.
  • Monitor and adjust dietary supplements, snacks, and calorie intake based on individual medical needs.
  • Incorporate the latest evidence-based research into your clinical practice.
  • Act as a key liaison among the Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, and other departments.
  • Travel between designated locations to collaborate with a board-certified specialist in family and obesity medicine.

  • A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in obesity medicine.
  • Committed to addressing the obesity epidemic through personalized care strategies.
  • Utilizes a multidisciplinary approach, integrating nutrition, physical activity, behavioral changes, medications, and surgical options as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition, along with a Dietetic Internship or equivalent training.
  • Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Current licensure as a Dietitian in the State of Georgia.
