Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data models and schemas that support business intelligence requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and utilize Incremental Refresh.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Power BI.
  • Provide end-user training and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M Query.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and SQL.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
  • Experience with Power BI Paginated Reports and/or Power BI Interactive Reports.
  • Experience with Power BI Incremental Refresh.
  • Experience with Power BI Semantic Model (Dataset).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the energy sector or with utility companies.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
  • Certification in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst is a plus.
