Atrium Health Cleveland is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care and outcomes, allocating human and fiscal resources as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement programs to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Supervise and develop nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, with previous management experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; RN candidates without a BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire and complete the program within three years.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Appropriate professional certification (clinical or leadership) within one year of eligibility.
This role requires:
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, stoop, bend, push, and pull.
- Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch.
- Finger dexterity.
- Critical thinking and ability to concentrate.
