Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hematologist Oncologist to join our team at a hospital in western Virginia. As a Locum Physician, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care to patients with hematological and oncological conditions
  • Collaborate with a team of 6 MDs and 3 NPs to ensure seamless patient care
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a daily volume of 17-20 patients
  • Participate in daily rounds and contribute to the development of treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in hematology and oncology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
