Clinical Leadership Opportunity at Lee Health
**Job Summary**
Lee Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our Behavioral Health department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall clinical leadership and operation of our behavioral health services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our behavioral health team
* Develop and implement clinical services to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care
* Collaborate with our leadership team to ensure excellent patient experience and employee engagement
* Monitor and assess staff performance, providing feedback and training as needed
* Ensure compliance with behavioral health regulatory requirements
**Requirements**
* Doctorate degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) required
* Minimum of three years supervisory or management experience in the health care field
* Licensure: PSYD or PHD from the State of Florida required
* Certification: CPR/CPI
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Behavioral Health JC/DNV survey experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work tactfully and cooperatively with staff
* Literate in computer use
