Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a contract assignment in Buffalo, New York.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC, and CPR certification required.
  • Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
