About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify the needs of the individuals served
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patient expectations
  • Provide ongoing communication with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding the individual's status and progress
  • Conduct home visits and observations to ensure the effective implementation of the program plan
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and other pertinent meetings to ensure open communication and collaboration among team members
  • Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes and attend meetings to discuss individual progress
  • Provide training and in-service training to ensure staff and other team members are competent in the implementation of the program plan and documentation
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing policies, procedures, and issues related to the individual
  • Maintain effective record-keeping to ensure information is readily available to interested parties
  • Act as a liaison with the public and mental health community to support individual development goals
  • Assist in developing procedures for training materials to enhance programs for individuals and ensure program operations are in compliance with established guidelines
  • Continued education on behaviorally based interventions and techniques to stay competitive in the field
Requirements
  • Must have experience with behavioral intervention and/or a strong educational emphasis on the principles of learning and developmental psychology
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Two years' experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Continuing education training in behavior supports, including 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports
