Job Title: Speech Coach - High School Competitive Programs

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Speech Coach to lead our high school competitive programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding students to success in competitive speech and debate.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and register for tournaments and competitions
  • Secure judges and organize logistics for events
  • Motivate and prepare students for competitions
  • Communicate progress to school leaders
  • Develop and implement a coaching plan to meet the needs of our students

What You'll Need:

A bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in competitive speech and debate coaching.
