Position Overview:
The role encompasses a Senior Staff Level Environmental Scientist, Engineer, or Geologist tasked with managing project responsibilities related to due diligence, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and conducting soil and groundwater field sampling during Phase II ESA, along with site assessment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing investigative findings.
- Oversee field monitoring and testing of soil and groundwater.
- Draft reports concerning site investigations, assessments, and remediation efforts.
- Engage with clients to provide updates and insights on project status.
- Develop technical and cost proposals while assisting in the management of project budgets.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Educational background in Geology, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Experience with Environmental Site Assessments.
- Proficiency in Soil and Groundwater Sampling techniques.
- Skilled in Report Preparation and Field Monitoring.
- Ability to prepare Technical and Cost Proposals.
