Senior Temenos Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Temenos Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using Temenos Journey Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement features and enhancements.
  • Support the integration of customer data from various sources to build unified profiles and tailor experiences across channels.
  • Participate in technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
  • Ensure that the technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development.
  • Monitor and analyze journey performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Implement and test journey logic, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Integrate SOAP and REST APIs, including development and design of API solutions.
  • Work with data structures, JSON, and XML to manage and manipulate data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to journey execution and data integration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 to 7 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of hands-on experience with Temenos Journey Manager.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Form Builder.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Platform Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Maestro, Angular JS, React, Groovy, Java, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations, including development and design.
  • Proficient in working with data structures, JSON, and XML.
  • Strong experience with Core Java, J2EE, Spring framework, and Spring Boot Applications.
  • Exposure with Temenos Lifecycle Management Suite, MuleSoft or T24 Transact is an asset.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
  • Exposure with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $64,974 - $149,880, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
