Key Responsibilities- Prepare food in accordance with established portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental guidelines, ensuring proper food temperatures and storage methods are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, coolers, and kitchen equipment.
- Implement waste management practices and document all waste accurately.
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties, including end-of-day inventory.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service role.
- Ability to read and understand preparation sheets and recipes.
- Basic math skills for recipe measurements and calculations.
- No formal education requirements necessary.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, reach overhead, bend, and squat.
- Capability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift in a moderately noisy environment.
- Manual dexterity to chop, mix, blend, and operate various kitchen equipment.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and humid conditions.
