About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Tech II to join our team at HonorHealth. As a key member of our Perioperative Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the decontamination, preparation, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Decontaminate and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment using chemical agents and automated machinery
  • Assemble, prep, and pack instrumentation, inspecting for cleanliness, proper function, and intact ID tape
  • Sterilize instruments following prescribed procedures and guidelines, monitoring and interpreting parameters to ensure proper function and validation of process
  • Pick and stock case carts, document deficiencies, and maintain sterile storage areas
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • More than 10 months of experience in Central Service or Sterile Processing
