JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking dedicated individuals with strong customer service skills for full-time and part-time roles. Flexibility in scheduling is appreciated, especially for evening and weekend shifts.
Our operational hours span from early morning to late evening, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
Compensation starts at $15.15 per hour, with the added benefit of Daily Pay, allowing employees to access their earnings on their own terms. Part-time staff are entitled to paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty, and bereavement leave. All employees have the opportunity to contribute to a retirement plan, with eligibility beginning at age 18.
As a Retail Production Associate, your primary responsibilities will include processing and organizing donated items according to company standards. This role involves determining which items are suitable for sale, including pricing and testing as necessary. You will ensure that the sales area is well-stocked and visually appealing. Interaction with customers may occur, requiring excellent communication and service skills. You may also be assigned to various departments based on training and business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Categorize donated items by type, season, color, and quality.
- Prepare items for sale by hanging, sizing, pricing, and tagging.
- Conduct inspections and tests on electronic items to confirm functionality.
- Price items based on established quality and value standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean production and sales area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product inquiries.
- Refresh product selection by rotating or removing unsold items.
- Process E-Commerce products as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Participate in cross-training for various departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in basic technology for compliance with company standards.
- Ability to assess product quality and value effectively.
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
- Capability to operate a dolly and pallet jack as needed.
- Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
