Estimated Salary Range: $15.25 - $19.07 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident apartments, restrooms, and public spaces. This includes vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing carpets, as well as cleaning surfaces throughout the community.

As a Housekeeper, you will also interact with residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner, responding to their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax, and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms, and public use spaces.
• Respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as required.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
