Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL driver's license is required.
  • Acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
  • 3-4 years of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
  • Must meet insurance requirements, including acceptable driving history and age criteria.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English to follow safety signage.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is necessary.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Efficient and effective work habits.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must pass a drug test.
  • Must pass the DOT Medical Examiners exam.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to exert up to 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Capability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Climbing and descending ladders and ramps.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed.
  • Maintaining balance to prevent falls.
  • Kneeling or crawling as required.
  • Manual dexterity for picking, pinching, and grasping.
  • Engaging in repetitive motions with hands and wrists.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to hear and comprehend detailed information.
  • Close visual acuity for various tasks.
