Job Description:

Med Tech - Senior Living Community

We are seeking an exceptional CNA/HCA to join our community at Farrington Court. As a CNA/HCA, you will play a vital role in providing daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing medication assistance
  • Providing Exceptional Resident Care and Support for Daily Activities of Living (ADLs) and Personal Hygiene
  • Responding to Patient Call Lights with a Compassionate and Helpful Approach
  • Ensuring Residents Receive an Appropriate Diet by Understanding Their Preferences, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions
  • Recording Vital Signs as Requested by Staff
  • Promptly Notifying the Nurse in Charge of Any Changes in Resident Conditions

Requirements:

  • Current CNA or HCA Certificate
  • Can-Do Attitude with a Willingness to Go Above and Beyond for Our Residents
  • Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
  • A Genuine Love for Seniors
