Job DescriptionThis role is for a Medical Floor Nurse who will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient care. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care given to patients.
Responsibilities:- Observe, collect, and record data related to a patient's biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care ability, as well as educational and discharge planning needs.
- Analyze assessment data to formulate a nursing diagnosis and measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and goals.
- Implement an age-appropriate plan of care in conjunction with the physician, patient, patient's family, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
To be successful in this role, you must have a State of Oregon RN License, American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers within 30 days of hire, at least one year of RN experience or current employment as a Nurse with Mercy Medical Center, and an Associates Degree in Nursing.
Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
