  • Deliver Constructive Feedback: Provide regular feedback on assignments and projects, ensuring timely and constructive responses.
  • Foster a Collaborative Learning Environment: Facilitate virtual office hours, discussion forums, and study groups to promote a positive and engaging learning experience.
  • Encourage Student Engagement: Motivate students to stay engaged and committed to their learning journey.
  • Track and Report Student Performance: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and communications, and report on student performance and progression to the program director.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in networking, including hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and other network devices.
  • Certifications: Must possess active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. Additional Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
  • Skills: Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience. Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Power Point etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree: In Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
