Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor consistently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting customers, assisting with product selections, ensuring fitting rooms are ready, processing transactions efficiently, and packaging purchases.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge by staying informed about store inventory and collaborating with team members.
- Effectively communicate customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to the team in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork, especially during busy periods.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
- Deliver a professional and courteous phone experience when handling store calls.
- Accurately complete end-of-day financial reconciliations.
- A genuine passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- One year of experience in fashion retail is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
- Availability to work regular weekend shifts and some holidays.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- An engaging and positive personality - capable of initiating contact with all customers and understanding their shopping needs.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to handle customer feedback and maintain composure under pressure.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
