Job Overview

Roscoe Brown Inc., a leading HVAC service provider in Middle Tennessee, is seeking a skilled Commercial Duct Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing commercial HVAC duct systems and leading a team to ensure successful project completion.

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Commercial Duct Installation Specialist at Roscoe Brown Inc., your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Installing commercial HVAC duct systems with precision and efficiency;
  • Leading a team to complete projects on time and within budget;
  • Maintaining positive relationships with job superintendents, construction management, and other tradesmen;
  • Drawing out duct designs and creating them in our sheet metal shop;
  • Determining material needs for each installation project;
  • Ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the installation process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of commercial duct systems, including rectangular, spiral, round, and sock designs;
  • The ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively with contractors and other stakeholders;
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure;
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
