About the Role:
This position is an integral part of our dental team, assisting the dentist at chairside during patient examinations and treatments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting in the dental lab and performing various clerical duties related to the dental program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist at chairside during patient examinations and treatments
- Assist in the dental lab with various tasks
- Perform clerical duties related to the dental program
- Provide exceptional patient care and support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of and competency in sterilization, dental nomenclature, instrument passing, and preparation of dental materials
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care Certification in Dental Radiography required
- Must obtain certification by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment
