Job Title: Agriculture Equipment Field Service Tech

We are seeking a skilled Agriculture Equipment Field Service Tech to join our team at 21st Century Equipment LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair of agricultural equipment to our customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position that requires you to travel to various locations for on-site service. You will be working independently in a remote environment, interacting with farmers and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair cutting-edge agricultural machinery
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks
  • Provide top-notch customer service and clear, concise repair explanations
  • Work independently in a remote environment
  • Travel to various locations for on-site service
Requirements
  • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
  • Valid driver's license and CDL
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture equipment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities related to workflow management
  • Superior customer service skills related to identifying customer needs and solution implementation
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in performing service repairs
