Key Responsibilities of the Finance Trainee- Assist in the compilation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and invoices.
- Support daily accounting functions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Help oversee accounts payable and receivable, including payment processing and billing tasks.
- Conduct data entry and maintain precise records for all financial transactions.
- Assist in the formulation of budgets and forecasts.
- Perform financial research, analysis, and reporting as needed.
- Engage in audits and ensure proper documentation is upheld.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
