The Role
This individual acts as a proactive technical leader, setting the framework for quality and consistency in evaluation and training datasets for models that power AI-enhanced products. They apply their technical aptitude to direct a comprehensive data strategy for chart generation AI projects based on annotation datasets, establishing product thinking to provide the right capabilities to consumers at the right time.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to build, deploy, and maintain AI-enhanced chart generation products
  • Direct a comprehensive data strategy for chart generation AI projects based on annotation datasets
  • Establish product thinking to provide the right capabilities to consumers at the right time
  • Direct design, modification, and evaluation of all phases of a specific data set or group of data sets
  • Define fit-for-purpose data products and ensure data product health metrics are readily measured and available

Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional work experience in Data Product Ownership or related field
  • Solid understanding of client data needs and the strategic landscape within the financial markets
  • Demonstrated experience in data management concepts such as data quality, data modeling, and data engineering
  • Proficiency in discussing technical concepts and evaluating trade-offs in design
  • Extensive experience in communicating and coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems using logical approaches and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Effective project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Deep subject matter expertise within a chosen financial domain
  • DAMA CDMP or DCAM certifications
  • Keen interest and familiarity with generative AI frameworks
  • Experience in semantic structures or data modeling
  • Experience with charting of financial data
