We are seeking a highly skilled Road Service Technician to join our team at Everglades Equipment Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a variety of agricultural, lawn maintenance, and construction equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues with modern computerized systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including work orders and customer reports.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of experience working on equipment, preferably in agricultural, lawn maintenance, or construction.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
  • Mechanical knowledge, preferably with experience on z-tracks to 2-stroke equipment.
  • Certification in automotive air-conditioning.
  • Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics and diagnose system faults.
  • Experience with telematics, desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
