Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good judgment, decision-making, and record-keeping abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as the ability to learn new applications.
