At Sunrise Senior Living, our Concierge Ambassador plays a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality to our residents, families, and visitors. As the first point of contact, they set the tone for a warm and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, music, and cleanliness meet our high standards.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the community's operations.
• Welcome and support the hospitality of our Sunrise community, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good judgment, decision-making, and record-keeping abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as the ability to learn new applications.
