Property Inspector Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying details of commercial and residential properties required for property valuation. You will work independently, managing your own time and schedule, and will be expected to be dependable, customer-service oriented, and able to work in all seasons and weather conditions.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17, mileage reimbursement, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match. On-site training is provided, and we offer opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Real estate training and mail carrier/delivery experience is a plus.
