Job Summary

This role supports the work of our organization, helping to create a positive experience for youth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and be able to facilitate peer-to-peer connections.

Responsibilities

As a Childcare Educator, you will:

  • Support site leadership in creating a positive environment for children
  • Nurture relationships and support the potential of all youth at the site
  • Facilitate activities that promote social-emotional learning and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be 16 years of age (18 years old for Pre-K Assistant Teacher)
  • Have one year of experience working with children under 13 or a High School Diploma/GED
  • Meet specific education and training requirements for each position
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $15-$18.94 per hour, depending on the position. Additionally, we provide benefits such as free membership, program discounts, and paid sick leave for part-time employees, and health, dental, and generous PTO plans for full-time employees.
