PNC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Banker. As a key member of our Retail organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.

• Customer Acquisition and Retention
  • Identify and engage potential customers to acquire new relationships and expand existing ones.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
• Sales and Service
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Risk Management
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment within established limits.
• Operational Excellence
  • Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

• Education
  • No degree required, but related experience or product knowledge is necessary.
• Experience
  • 1+ years of related experience.
