Job Description:

We're seeking a talented Guest Service Representative to join our team. This role involves creating memorable experiences for our customers by providing outstanding service, promoting our products, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in our bakeries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with genuine warmth and enthusiasm to determine their needs.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to educate customers on our cake options, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations and process customer orders efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Ensure a clean and organized bakery presentation by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Replenish retail merchandise and assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous guest service experience in a bakery, restaurant, or retail store (a plus).
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
