Job Summary:
ResourceMFG is seeking a skilled Rewinder Operator to join our team in Clarksville, TN. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for operating a Celli/Rewinder machine to slit and rewind large rolls of non-woven materials into smaller rolls for transportation to our customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize a Celli/Rewinder machine to rewind large rolls of non-woven materials into smaller rolls
• Monitor for defects and ensure high-quality wrapping of rolls
• Apply labels to rolls with correct details
• Work in a hot/non-climate controlled environment and stand for 12-hour shifts on hard surfaces

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing experience and machine operator experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extensive walking, climbing, and bending
