Position Details
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $13.50 to $15.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for:

  • Implementing a comprehensive grounds maintenance program, including the care of plants and landscaping.
  • Performing regular inspections of the property and reporting any maintenance needs.
  • Maintaining lawns through mowing, trimming, and weeding to ensure a tidy appearance.
  • Conducting seasonal tasks such as snow removal and salting icy walkways.
  • Providing excellent customer service by engaging positively with visitors and staff.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
