Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Enlink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of process plant and pipeline equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair various types of plant and pipeline equipment, including P/D pumps, single and multistage vertical pumps, compressors, engines, cooling fans, etc.
  • Spare Parts Management: Maintain a spare parts inventory and supplies used for all equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain maintenance records on all equipment, including routine, preventative maintenance, major repair work, as well as equipment availability records.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all operating and maintenance procedures as well as safety regulations in accordance with company policies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for needed parts, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Strong mechanical aptitude, preferably with 5-7 years of comprehensive mechanical experience required; experience with 3500 and 3600 equipment a plus.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of proper alignment procedures and techniques of vertical and horizontal rotating equipment required.
  • Physical Demands: Valid driver's license and good driving record required; capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds; capable of vigorous outdoor activities and have manual dexterity with physical ability to work extended hours, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, working with arms extended above the head, twisting upper body, standing for long periods, walking on catwalks, working in confined spaces, exposure to extreme weather conditions, driving a vehicle, operation of forklifts and light industrial equipment.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
