Speech Therapist Opportunity in Rehabilitation Setting

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services offers a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist.
We are seeking a qualified individual to work with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients and their families. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Work collaboratively with the therapy team to achieve patient goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure in the state where the facility is located
- 3 C's certification
- 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
