Job DescriptionThe Nursing Supervisor will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. This includes oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Supervising and guiding nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- Oversight of daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
- Mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
The ideal candidate will have a valid state nursing license, advanced degree or certification preferred, experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential.
