Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrician Residential to join our team at Stilwell Mechanical LLC. As a key member of our residential electrical team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate electrical construction projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise and train electrical technicians to ensure compliance with current electrical codes and company standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with customers and inspectors to ensure project satisfaction and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
