Lead Life Insurance Agents and Drive Business Growth

PlanRight Financial is seeking a seasoned insurance professional to lead our team of life insurance agents. As a Life Insurance Agent Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing high-performing agents who can deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal regulations in client interactions
  • Monitor personal performance and meet targets
  • Examine company policies and implement improvements as needed
  • Hire, train, and manage life insurance agents to achieve high performance
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Excellent management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Valid driver's license
Compensation:

$75,000 - $120,000 yearly first year
