Housing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Housing Consultant - New Home Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interacting with prospective and current residents, managing the application process, and providing exceptional service throughout the resident life cycle.

• Interact with prospective and current residents to understand their needs and preferences.
• Manage the application process, including reviewing applications, conducting credit checks, and processing lease agreements.
• Provide consistent and exceptional service throughout the resident life cycle, including responding to resident concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with community marketing activities, including promoting available homes and encouraging referrals.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related experience in sales, leasing, retail, or customer service.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer systems, including customer relationship management programs.

Experience in sales, leasing, retail, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 based on location and experience.
