**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage daily restaurant operations, including employee management, customer service, and financial controls
* Lead the restaurant management team and oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures
* Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales, profitability, and employee retention
* Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and goals

**Requirements**

* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* 4+ years of experience in the food and restaurant industry
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong management skills, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and termination of employment
* Ability to stand for duration of shift

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 21+ years of age
* At least 4+ years of experience in the food and restaurant industry
* Management skills: supervising employees
