- Compliant, Timely Documentation of Care Provided
- Health Promotion, Teaching, and Training of Family Members
- Acceptance and Writing of Verbal Orders from Physicians
- Follow-up with Physician, Client, Family Members, and Healthcare Team
- Active, Unencumbered License (RN/LPN/LVN) in the State of Practice
- Current CPR Certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB Skin Test (Current within Last 12 Months)
- Six Months Prior Hands-on Nursing Experience Preferred
- Reliable Transportation
