YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A ROOM CARE ATTENDANT

In the role of Room Care Attendant, you will be essential in upholding the highest standards in the industry to guarantee guest comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Your responsibilities will include thoroughly cleaning each assigned guest room, adhering strictly to established protocols. This encompasses tasks such as disposing of trash, changing bed linens, making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and inspecting under beds. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that carts and supplies are fully stocked to facilitate efficient housekeeping operations. Meeting reasonable requests from management is crucial to delivering a consistently outstanding guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
  • Effective verbal communication skills with guests and colleagues
  • Comfortable with physical tasks including pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals
  • Willingness to stand and/or walk for extended periods
