We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our medical surgical unit at a critical access hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care
- Work collaboratively with the physician and other care team members to achieve patient goals
- Float to other Adena locations as needed, with the ability to adapt to similar or lower-level acuity units
- Utilize Siemens Scanner and EPIC EMR systems to deliver patient care
- Hold a current Ohio license and maintain proficiency in starting IVs
- Possess ARRT certification, preferred
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and make decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
