Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain procedures, and position patients for optimal imaging
- Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines
- Develop and process radiographic images
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Provide patient education and support
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- Scrub, circulating, and imaging tech experience
- ARRT (R) certification
- AHA BLS certification
- ARRT (VI) and ARRT (CV) certifications preferred
