Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our team at Dave & Buster's, Inc. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with refills, pre-bussing tables, and helping with table turns, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service by greeting Guests, running food and drink orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Assist Servers with table management, including pre-bussing tables and helping with table turns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies and resetting tables as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other Team Members to ensure seamless service and a positive Guest experience.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
