We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Concentra. As an Athletic Trainer Certified, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, reducing work-related injuries, and promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Basic First Aid Treatment: You will provide basic first aid treatment for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal injuries and illnesses as specified in Physician Standing Orders.
  • Identify and Evaluate Injuries: You will identify, evaluate, and refer injured associates to the appropriate clinicians to receive the best care for their work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Manage Workers' Compensation Cases: You will assist in managing Workers' Compensation cases through claim capture and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Client Stakeholders: You will collaborate with client's Human Resources team and management on return to work (RTW) job placement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in athletic training from an accredited Athletic Trainer Program.
  • Current National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) Board of Certification (BOC) Athletic Trainer certification.
  • Active and current license to practice in the state of jurisdiction if applicable.
  • Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
