Evara Health is seeking a skilled LPN Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Medical Assistants, ensuring they function within their scope of practice and maintain Evara Health standards of patient care and documentation.
  • Serve as a role model for all care team members, adhering to ethical and professional practices.
  • Ensure EHR tasks are completed by Medical Assistants and maintain accurate documentation of patient data.
  • Oversee the care team huddle to improve team communication, focus on quality indicators, and encourage the satisfaction of care gaps.
  • Train and monitor clinical staff to ensure competencies with patient care activities and adherence to the work schedule and assigned team responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Active and unencumbered LPN License in the State of Florida.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Minimum one (1) year as an LPN in a healthcare setting with some supervisory experience.
